Main contact partner as SAP key user in the CS module for optimizations and further developments Interface between IT (SAP, CJM) and the technical service Project work, especially for international system rollouts Responsibility for change-request management (assess new requirements, prioritise & implement in cooperation with IT) User support in day-to-day business (first-level support, master data maintenance, training, process documentation) Test management (preparation, coordination and execution of tests)

Professional experience in the relevant environment and experience in project management Very good knowledge of SAP (especially CS module); Modules MM, SD, FI, CO and the CRM Salesforce are advantageous Very good communication skills in German and English Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
