Consultation function: You take on shaping, consulting and appraisal activities on all legal issues arising in the areas of project development, joint venture and new construction, as well as legal advice/assistance of shareholder meetings in the joint venture companies. Generally, at the legal level, you will consult all contracts relating to project development/reconstruction - in particular for construction and architect contracts. In addition, you take over the legal accompaniment/consultation in the context of the creation of building law, including the perception of appropriate dates at district and senate level. Examination: You examine and design contracts and documents related to existing joint venture companies and the project developments taking place there. In addition, check and design company decisions. Reporting: You regularly report to the Management Board and the Management Board on key legal developments in the project developments and joint ventures, including advice in decision-making processes and advances or advances. preparation of relevant documents for decision-making. Control: You control the pre-examination, selection and award of mandates to external legal advisers and coordinate the involvement of these advisory bodies in the processes of project developments, joint ventures, transactions and new building.
