Key tasks: You create independent reports for residential property – from pre-examination to case conclusion. You carry out object visits and analyze market and location data to determine the value. You regularly review existing evaluations within regulatory requirements. You examine internal and external opinions qualitatively, in particular in the area of the small loan ceiling. You bring your knowledge by teaching employees and contributing to the further development of assessment standards.
