Analysis of the European aftermarket including market trends, competitive analyses and development of Go-To-Market strategies Implementation of the portfolio growth strategy by identifying portfolio gaps, controlling product launches in sales and marketing as well as active sales work with key accounts and trade fairs Close cooperation with our product management managing and implementing special projects and Management of workshops and internal events Participation in marketing projects, both before and behind the camera

Completed degree as a Diplom-Kaufmann or Economic Engineer, optimally in conjunction with an education for the KFZ mechatronic Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in business development, sales or marketing Passion for cars and technology as well as sound knowledge of the European aftermarket Experience in project management as well as very high presentation and communication skills in German and English Leadership, Enforceability, Independent Work and Entrepreneurship High level of self-motivation, self-initiative and performance and result orientation
