Your tasks: The disciplinary, professional and dispositive leadership and motivation of the organizational unit (OE) Environment North with approx. 42 employees are your core task as well as their selection and binding The targeted promotion and development of your employees and executives keeps you constantly in mind and is a matter of heart for you You are responsible for the order intake, the acquisition, supply creation and offer skalkulation as well as the economic implementation of the projects within the OE As an organizational institution, within your OE, you are responsible for professional project management, promoting targeted cooperation in cross-regional and cross-disciplinary processing and being a contact person:in for customers, internal interfaces and relevant stakeholders:inside You control utilisation, resource planning, resource management and prioritization within the OE, together with the team's executives The strategic development of the OE and the portfolio, ensuring the implementation of quality standards and the use of innovative working methods and technical solutions in the department are guaranteed
