Head of Controlling (m/f/d)

General responsibility for corporate controlling as well as professional and disciplinary management of the controlling team Management of the planning, budget and forecast processes for the company and for national and international subsidiaries in the group environment Development of an integrated management report and KPI system for controlling the group of companies Analysis of business development, profitability and cost structures as well as deriving sound recommendations for management and management Support of management in strategic issues, investment decisions and economic analysis Close cooperation with the controlling and financial managers of the international subsidiaries Further development of controlling processes, methods and digital reporting solutions Responsibility for the further development of the controlling function in the SAP S/4HANA ERP system and the adjacent BI and reporting solutions Ensuring a transparent and efficient management of the Group in the Group environment

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline, ideally focusing on controlling, finance or accounting Multiannual professional experience in controlling, preferably in an internationally active industrial company with group environment Sovereign appearance and communicative strength in exchange with management, parent company and international subsidiaries Experience in a management function in controlling or as a senior controller with appropriate responsibility Knowledge of corporate planning, performance management, management and group reporting Very good knowledge in handling ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA Good accounting knowledge as well as experience in financial statements according to HGB and IFRS Experience with business intelligence, reporting and analysis tools Impressed analytical and strategic thinking and high numerical affinity Very good knowledge of German and English
