Our goal is to develop the outpatient and stationary supply optimally for networked and further. We think and plan the outpatient care in the Leopoldina Association in a sector-wide new way. For the strategic and operational development of our MVZ, we are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial thinking medical/commercial management (m/w/d). In this position you are part of the extended hospital management. We enable flexible working time models. The position can be occupied both in full time and in job sharing. Part-time is also possible if a significant amount of jobs (at least 60%) is covered. You take responsibility for the economic and operational management of outpatient care, design medical operations in the MVZ efficiently and legally safe and develop sustainable organizational concepts for our outpatient locations together with the relevant stakeholders. Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team Budget planning, controlling, reporting and financial statements in close cooperation with the management Contract and settlement management (including with the insurance association, health insurance, doctors) Interface to the Leopoldina Hospital, partners and authorities Through the continuous optimization of processes and digital solutions, You ensure high-quality outpatient care, develop quality management systems and strengthen regional networking through strategic cooperation and active representation of the MVZ in relevant bodies and networks

You have a completed university degree, preferably in medicine, health economics or business administration, as well as a well-founded knowledge of the German health system and relevant regulations Thanks to your multi-year leadership experience in healthcare, ideally focusing on outpatient care and in the MVZ sector, you have acquired a well-founded expertise in the development and implementation of innovative, future-oriented supply concepts Comprehensive knowledge in the field of outpatient settlement (EBM/GOÄ) and KV law as well as in quality and risk management are desirable to ensure the quality and efficiency of outpatient care. The knowledge can also be acquired with the support of the team at the beginning of the activity Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational skills and hands-on mentality Embossed, diverse, successfully applied negotiation skills
