The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS village of Hohenroth near Gemünden am Main is a place to live for 160 adult people with cognitive impairment. The facility offers housing in family-organised households and employment in 14 working areas. 24 seats are available in a new building.

Your range of tasks includes: Specialist advice and support: They advise and support the pedagogical staff in technical matters and accompany them in implementing measures for individual promotion of the representatives Quality management and concept development: They contribute to the further development and quality assurance of the existing concepts and introduce new impulses to continuously improve the range of services Cooperation with external institutions: They maintain and intensify cooperation with relevant departments, offices, networks and other institutions Training and training: You organize and carry out internal training and workshops for employees to strengthen their professional skills individual funding planning: They support employees in the application and documentation of aid needs analyses (e.g. HMB procedures) and help to ensure that requirements are accurately recorded and implemented Implementation of shelter: They ensure compliance and further development of protection concepts and support the implementation of the teams
