Providing professional support for our customers in technical questions and problems related to our products in the field of concrete technology Creation of cost proposals for larger repairs or calculated modifications Regular visits to our existing customers to identify needs and potential for improvement Reporting of complex technical problems for manufacturers and advice on further action Specification of required spare parts for customer service, end customer requests and sales requirements

Successfully completed vocational training in the technical field, ideally with master or technician degree Professional experience in service and technical support of machines and systems of concrete technology desirable Good knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and mechanics High customer and service orientation combined with a structured and organized operation
