Team Leader Project Implementation (m/f/d)

You are the first contact and Sparring partner for the department management and take over the technical control as well as the co-ordinative leadership of the project realization team. You translate the requirements and objectives of the department management into concrete, implementable measures and ensure that You are implemented in the team reliably, on time and quality assurance. You are responsible for implementing the economic targets set out in the economic plan for all modernization and new construction projects to be realized. You guide your team professionally through the entire project realization, take on coaching and professional guidance and promote the continuous further development of employees. You ensure compliance with all project specifications - in particular with regard to costs, dates, qualities and technical standards of project implementation. You take special tasks and support the department management in the further development of the project realization, in particular with a focus on cost-effectiveness, timeliness and compliance with VBW quality standards. In addition to your role as a team leader, you perform the task of a project management and conduct independent construction projects, from the technical assessment of the scope of measures to the costing up to the building management and the quality-secured acceptance of all services.

In the best case, you have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in building and/or project management in housing construction. Ideally, you have knowledge of energy modernisation and the tendering and awarding of construction services and are sure to handle VOB, building contract law and relevant standards and guidelines. You communicate clearly, structured and target-group-oriented and work in a cost-, time- and quality-conscious manner. You are convinced by an independent, structured and responsible way of working, bringing high social competence and team capacity together and enjoying the opportunity to create solutions together. You have a good sense of employee leadership, can motivate, coach and communicate knowledge - both on site and at distance. You can control the current MS Office applications securely and travel routined in digital systems and processes. You own a class B license.
