IT-Administratorinnen (m/w/d) EC 9b TV floor

It is possible to employ full-time staff with complementary part-time staff. The posts must first be occupied for two years. After the project phase has expired, there is the possibility of taking over into an indefinite employment relationship.

Your tasks with us

• You actively promote digitalization in the school sector, plan and implement modern IT infrastructure solutions for schools.
• You install, configure and operate complex IT systems as well as end-user hardware and ensure their reliable operation and continuous monitoring.
• You take over the management of user accounts, access rights and software distribution.
• As a central contact person, you are active in 1st and 2nd level support, enter the hotline and the ticket system and process inquiries based on solution.
• You identify and manage IT training independently and coordinate cooperation with the 3rd level support and external service providers if necessary.
• You are an interface between schools, media coordinator: inside, school administration, city hall IT and other relevant partners.
• You participate in training and further training to develop your professional skills. At the same time, you pass your knowledge by instructing and training teachers in the application of the IT systems used.

• Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, first experiences or willingness to incorporate you into the following technologies:
• Microsoft 365
• MNSpro (school network management)
• Active Directory & Exchange
• Network technology & firewall configuration
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) like Jamf, Relution, Intune
• Operating system deployment and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
• Team skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact are yours.
• High operational readiness, durability and reliability are of course for you.
• You have enforcement and negotiation skills to successfully implement complex tasks.
