You work with colleagues from global markets as well as development, quality, technology and legal. Our area accompanies the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and Van vehicles worldwide, from the service-oriented design of our products, market launch to product probation and technical market support. We support service organisations worldwide. We work with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology, as well as in product evaluation and regulation.

The Warranty and Goodwill (GCSP/TPW) department is part of Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) and is responsible for the worldwide warranty and culmination guidelines of Mercedes-Benz AG as well as the continuous development of the associated processes and systems. We act on all sales levels. Our goal is to continuously develop our processes and systems and enable our Mercedes-Benz service partners to process their warranty and culmination applications efficiently. With AI-based data models and parameters, we continuously monitor the damage caused by KPIs and specifically use our various control levers.

These challenges include: Support for questions from international markets on warranty and cunning issues Working with the analysis, preparation and follow-up of themes in the after-sales environment Organization, preparation and content support of international conferences, workshops and market calls Creation of professional presentations, reports and management documents Close cooperation with internal departments, interface partners from development, technology, quality or legal as well as international contacts Support in optimizing processes and communication processes Support in identifying, testing and introducing AI-based solutions to optimize workflows and communication processes Takeover of own small projects and independent processing of tasks

The activity can start from October 2026.
