Operations Manager (Electrical Engineer) (m/f/d)

Ensure operational safety and exercise of responsibility for BImA as an operator Creation and continuous optimization and updating of operator and management concepts Review of the cost-effectiveness of the plants and planning and implementation of energy-saving measures in compliance with the relevant regulations Planning and order management of maintenance processes as well as testing services (first and repetition tests) according to legal and normative requirements for technical installations and local electrical equipment taking into account the manufacturer's specifications Consultation of users on technical building management issues Commissioning and dismantling of technical installations and equipment Management analysis in technical building management including the collection of actual data and derivation of management optimization measures Coordination and control of own and external operational personnel Operational TGM Management of operational monitoring Management and operation of properties, including through the conclusion of maintenance and service contracts on technical installations, in cooperation with the object and construction management Completion, implementation and termination of contracts with foreign companies and/or TGM service companies Creation of performance lists and performance descriptions as well as implementation of procurement procedures including the establishment of suitability and award criteria Perception of the function as a contact person for the users in case of fault messages Collection of technical installations Activity as a secondary responsible electrical power and representation of the overall responsible electrical power of the main body (support in the construction and maintenance of a legally secure organization, including at the same time also plant operator electrical engineering) technical optimization and control of the maintenance of fault current protection devices, emergency lighting and medium-voltage switching systems Monitoring of lighting systems and photovoltaic systems Optimization of the Energy Data Management System Development of counting and measuring concepts with visualization

Qualification: completed technical (technical)higher education (bachelor or diploma with as good result as possible), in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification Competences: Knowledge and experience in the operation of technical installations Knowledge of the relevant DIN and VDE standards and legal regulations Professional experience in building automation (GA)/ building control technology (GLT) desirable basic business knowledge desirable sound knowledge and practical experience in the use of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in the SAP ERP 6.0 is desirable or the willingness to acquire knowledge in the SAP-based specialist procedure BALIMA at short notice Further requirements: Ability to Economic Thinking and Acting, Cooperation and Teamwork Reliability, persuasion and negotiation skills safe occurrence and the ability to work quickly into changing tasks Car driver's license (class B) and willingness to predominantly planable, partly full-day service trips (also as a self-driver/in)
