Your role: You take the holistic care of our real estate and work on the further development of the real estate portfolio.

Here is your know-how in demand: Object support Responsible and professional care of residential and commercial properties Implementation of the developed economic plan for real estate Rental management Holistic support of tenants including complaint management Implementation and coordination of rental activities including transfers and acceptances Commercial object care / financial management Accounting of all financial transactions and monitoring of all revenue and expenditure Implementation and verification of operating costs Planning and reporting Participation in the establishment of the economic plan for real estate Working with quarterly reporting and updating planning

That's what you bring: Complete vocational training as a real estate businessman or a study in the real estate sector A certification as a WEG administrator pursuant to §26a(1) WEG would be desirable Multiannual professional experience in commercial property management or in a comparable position Safe handling of ERP or CAFM systems Good knowledge of rental and operating costs Team spirit, communication strength and decision-making pleasure as well as a hand-on mentality
