IT Asset & License Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the management of our software licenses and IT assets and make sure that licenses are correctly registered, used economically and used in compliance with the rules. You accompany the entire life cycle of software and IT-assesets – from procurement to deployment. Together with the IT purchase and license management, you regularly check our software portfolio. You support the planning, control and monitoring of the IT budget as well as cost control and work closely with accounting. You participate in managing our cloud costs and ensure transparency and economic use of our cloud resources. You represent the IT purchase and work closely with internal departments as well as demand management to coordinate needs and to accompany procurement

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management with IT reference or comparable qualification. professional experience in software asset management, IT license management, IT purchase or a comparable function; Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial environment (e.g. DORA, MaRisk, BAIT) are advantageous Good knowledge of Microsoft license management and ideal experience in cloud cost management (FinOps) and IT budget control Safe handling of MS Excel and ideally experience with software setup management tools (e.g. Matrix42) Structured, independent mode of operation as well as pronounced communication and organizational capability More reliable knowledge of German and good English in word and writing We focus on human beings, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin & nationality, religion & worldview, sexual orientation & identity, physical and mental abilities and social origin.
