In the Diversityer gGmbH, more than 425 people and 70 volunteers support about 1450 people with mental impairment or mental disability. In more than 40 offers in the areas of work, living, family and leisure at 30 locations in Schwerin, we help them to lead an individually designed and self-determined life. Up to 108 children in the crib and kita age visit our inclusive kita – each with its own strengths, needs and its very individual pace of development. educational, personal and organizational management of our inclusive kita professional leadership and support of the team, as well as ensuring a reliable and value-adding relationship active development of pedagogical work based on inclusion, Montessori and nature and media education Control and backup of central processes in Kita everyday as well as responsible participation in personnel planning, design work and quality development
