Number: MER0003ZZO The ITD/RC department provides tailor-made IT solutions for the efficient processing of its engineering tasks to the development areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars (MBC). Our team develops new methods, tools and architectures specifically for system development and design as well as model-based development of vehicle systems and their functions. Participation in the creation of functionalities and end-user solutions for modelling of vehicle systems
Creating targeted and appealing user communication to tool functionality
Creation of scripts and automation
Evaluations of KPI reports with Microsoft Power BI
Dedicated display of optimization potentials including new technologies for existing methods and use cases
Working in agile development teams after the SAFe framework
International cooperation with our development teams in Bangalore (India) The activity can begin from May 2026.
Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Comparable
Safe knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing (min. German C2, English B2)
Technical knowledge First experience in software development of advantage
Programming skills (e.g. in Java, JavaScript, Python and TypeScript)
Basic Systems Engineering desirable
Knowledge in handling KPI reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
Basics of Cloud Infrastructures
Knowledge of requirement management tools of advantage (architecture management and requirements management)
Ideally, first experiences in working with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum or SAFe)
Safe handling of MS Office products

The activity is part-time/20 h per week and limited to 6 months, but we are very interested in long-term and successful cooperation.
