You have a degree or a commercial training Your sales talent as well as your expertise as professional and disciplinary leadership have already demonstrated you within the staff service Based on your previous experience, you can already refer to company, department or team success that you initiated as a manager Your understanding of leadership is based on a stable value structure that your employees demand as well as promote Team skills are raised with you.
