Fraud & Security Specialist (m/f/d)

As a fraud and security specialist (m/w/d) at Coolblue you are the eyes and ears of our company in the German market. You minimize material and financial damage caused by fraudulent behaviour of customers or employees. In doing so, you are advising prevention, implementing our Fraud Policy and actively helping us identify and combat fraud in Germany. How do I become a fraud and security specialist at Coolblue? As a fraud and security specialist (m/w/d) at Coolblue you are the eyes and ears of our company in the German market. You act on the spot and deal with thought and determination. In doing so, you are advising prevention, implementing our Fraud Policy and actively helping to identify and combat fraud in Germany. You're catching the villains by recognizing and investigating fraudulent behavior. You carry out fraud cases from recording to handover – including hypothesis formation, investigation planning, execution and reporting. You prepare files and reports for official reports, civil proceedings and internal steps. You implement the Coolblue Fraud Policy and monitor its compliance. You make Coolblue a bit safer every day, because in this role you have real influence by reducing material and financial damage.

You have at least two years of experience in operational fraud or investigation work, such as police, intelligence or fraud detection in e-commerce. You know German laws and regulations and work safely with data analysis tools. You are ready to travel regularly between Germany and the Netherlands. You work discreetly, analytically and accurately and convince by clear communication. You are strong in tactical investigation work: interviews lead, gather information, hypothesis-oriented work and work on site. You can master both German and English fluently, Dutch is a plus.
