You support regional management in a wide range of issues within the Pannenhilfe region. You are responsible for the control of the results and analysis of the assistance. You have fun in creating and analyzing statistics. With a trained look for details, check performance calculations and monitor cost control. You process inquiries and complaints professionally and ensure smooth handling of complaint management. Your support in the support of the mobility partner network is just as important as your competence in travel management, including the processing and billing of travel. You create documents for correspondence and support administrative and coordinating tasks. For selected meetings, take over the protocol. During the representation of the Secretariat, you will be responsible for the appointment management, telephone service and mail processing. In addition, you are committed to supporting the regional planning process. If necessary, you will actively participate in projects and contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

You have completed commercial vocational training, for example in the field of office communication, or completed economic studies. You bring several years of professional experience in an assistance function. Your basic technical understanding on the subject of automotive allows you to quickly get involved in relevant topics. With your experience in PC-based reporting, especially in the application of Excel, you are able to efficiently analyze and process data. In addition, you have well-founded MS Office knowledge. You work in a result-oriented manner and are characterized by a pronounced cost thinking. Your independent, flexible and targeted operation allows you to keep an overview even in challenging situations. You provide a high level of commitment and enforcement. In addition, you are convinced by your written and oral expressiveness, which allows you to communicate clearly and accurately.
