Construction Manager Building in Existing Buildings (m/f/d)

In this position, you take over the operational building management of demanding projects and ensure that execution, appointments, quality and structures meet cleanly on site.  . You take over the operational construction management of demanding construction projects, in particular in turn-key construction. You coordinate and monitor the execution of the building services on site and ensure a time, quality and cost-oriented implementation. You control the following companies, supplier: inside and outside the building and ensure a smooth construction process on the construction site. In particular, You keep in mind the interfaces between supporting structure, extension, TGA, facade and windows. You examine technical documentation, execution details and performance content for feasibility and agree open points with the project participants. You recognise deviations, disabilities and technical risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures. You document the progress of construction, cooperate with construction site meetings and provide structured communication with internal and external stakeholders. You support the project management in the implementation, follow-up processing, work preparation and in technical and organizational issues. You contribute to measurements, acceptances, audits and the accompanying documentation. You contribute to the efficient, clean and practical development of recurring project processes.

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification, for example as a technician:in or master:in. You bring professional experience in the construction management, ideally in turn-key construction, expansion or in comparable complex construction projects. You have a technical understanding in several structures, in particular in structures, as well as ideally TGA, facade and windows. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep a clear head even in complex existing situations. You understand contracting entities:inside and after-contractors as your savings partners and maintain fair and partnership-based management You bring analytical thinking and quickly identify technical and organizational relationships. You are delighted to bring challenging existing projects directly into implementation at the construction site. We require good knowledge of MS Office; Experience with design-specific costing, accounting or project control systems is advantageous.
