You set up the design and execution plans for smaller reconstruction projects of our management objects, taking into account the common standards and guidelines (DIN, ASR, GaVo) You are responsible for our property data and master the numbers, data and facts about the real estate. You capture it and keep it up to date in a real estate database You perform recordings of objects on site and then digitize them. In cooperation with internal interfaces, you will be able to create plans with information to future BIM You are responsible for inventory You will set up escape and rescue plans as well as fire plans You are responsible for the occupancy and furniture planning of our administrative objects and actively shape the working worlds of tomorrow

You have a successfully completed training for the building designer (w/m/d) or construction technician (w/m/d) or a similar qualification You are safe in handling the current CAD programs (AutoCAD/Revit) and have a strong understanding of the creation of design, execution and detail plans You have a feeling for occupancy and furniture planning and bring a proactive attitude to help shape the working worlds of tomorrow. You have a strong interest in digitizing processes and in enriching plans with information in order to make them sustainable for BIM Ideally, you will learn how to create escape and rescue plans as well as fire plans You work independently, independently and structured You are flexible, reliable and careful in the process of application
