Project planning and control of the project progress of sector-wide workshops on the implementation of new IT tools, processes and regulations (legal and customer-specific requirements) and implementation of defined measures Acquisition of digitalization projects within the Digital Procurement Team Independent analysis and optimization of global processes and implementation in the process landscape Creation and development of BPM workflows (Microsoft Visio and Alfresco Activiti) Representation of process management in customer and certification audits (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, customer audits according to VDA standard) for all locations worldwide

Successfully completed commercial studies or comparable commercial training with approximately three to five years of professional experience in purchasing or supplier quality (SQM) Multiannual experience in process management and well-founded knowledge in process modelling according to BPM 2.0 Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented and analytical mode of work and routine in the moderation of workshops and participation in auditing Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Global readiness to travel up to 20% a year.
