In this responsible role as Global HSE Expert Products (w/m/d), you actively contribute to the global security and environmental strategy of the business unit and contribute significantly to the further development of our HSE culture and processes.

You support management in process-related risk and chance management to promote a strong security and HSE culture within the Products (BS P) business unit. You advise internally and support BS P's global and regional management in implementing, developing and maintaining the HSE management system according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You monitor and analyze the key HSE key figures and drive the continuous improvement of processes, standards, guidelines and instruments. You promote dialogue between the Group and regional HSE teams to ensure optimal cooperation and the further development of integrated management approaches. You advise managers on budget planning and strategic determination of HSE measures.

Complete bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field (e.g. engineering, quality management) At least 7 years of professional experience in HSE We presuppose experiences in the international environment readiness for international travel (approx. 15-30%) German and English knowledge (C1 level)
