Bye-one day of work. Hello. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) for our Business Analysis department within the Application Development (AE) department in Stuttgart. We make bank digital – and you are part of it. Our IT department is the driving force for change (and run). With your new job in development, data and project management, or in support, you will immediately take the path to new innovations in the credit industry. Develop your skills by mastering exciting challenges independently. Through our agile organisational structure in Chapter and Guild, you are well prepared for interdisciplinary and international cooperation. Development of innovative solutions in a cross-functional team Analysis and modelling of requirements and business processes Optimization of interfaces to make End2End processes efficient and seamless Together with IT Architects and Product Owner – Developing sound concepts for the refactoring / decomposition of legacy banking systems Continuous development of our business analysis methods and agile procedures

Complete studies in IT or business, or a comparable qualification with IT affinity Multiannual experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and related methods Strong analytical skills, high data affinity and fun at the Deep Dive in complex topics Industry knowledge is advantageous, but no requirement Joy in cooperation in agile, cross-functional teams Creativity, innovation and great passion for IT specific topics in the banking industry Very good German and good English skills
