The Albtal Transport Company (AVG) transports around 46 million passengers per year with its city railways. The company has a city rail network of more than 540 kilometres and operates 288 kilometres of its own route, making it one of the largest railway companies in Baden-Württemberg. A central element is the “Karlsruher Model”, an innovative TramTrain system that connects inner-city trams and regional railway lines and thus enables flexible mobility throughout the region. Optimize and develop existing HR processes and workflows with the aim of increasing efficiency and automation Transform the HR internal requirements thus obtained in IT booklets, action plans and/or organisational measures further development of our systems (SAP/HCM, d'Vinci, etc.) and their interfaces to the time economy, finance and data warehouse in cooperation with the department management, departments and the respective service provider Technical support of our HR-internal non-SAP systems Support department management in the project management of HR-IT projects Perspective: Accompanying the migration of the SAP HCM modules into the cloud
