Spare parts salesman in spare parts management, business support & sub-projects (m/f/d)

Customer support & spare parts distribution: Ensuring continuous customer support across different sales and care areas as well as taking on representation tasks in the absence of personnel Competent consulting and active sale of spare and wear parts to promote customer satisfaction, customer retention and sales Independent processing of spare parts requests, orders and creation and tracking of offers Identification of suitable spare and wear parts based on technical documentation clarification of accounting and credit issues as well as coordination of reconstructions and technical adaptations with internal specialist areas Coordination and processing of cross-departmental projects and close cooperation with relevant disciplines Participation in the development and optimization of processes, standards and digital solutions in spare parts management Support in the introduction of new products, systems and workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Order Monitoring & Shipping: Monitoring and coordination of spare parts orders with internal departments (storage, purchasing, MRP etc.) Organization of shipping including Selection and commissioning of shipping service providers as well as ensuring the manufacture and creation of individual spare parts packages Retour management & complaints: Commercial and organisational processing of returns and repair orders Examination and approval of credits taking into account logistical aspects Technical and commercial assessment of quality complaints

completed commercial or technical training, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering Multiannual professional experience in technical service, spare parts business, after-sales or a comparable environment Embossed technical understanding as well as pleasure in complex machines and systems as well as ability to understand technical documentation (e.g. pneumatic, hydraulic or circuit diagrams) and to reliably identify spare parts High flexibility and readiness to work quickly into different customer structures, regions and thematic areas Impressed organisational capacity and an independent and structured way of working Sales-oriented thinking and joy in the active sale of products in need of declaration Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence to customers and internal contact persons Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and M365 as well as good German and English skills
