Responsibility for the design and procurement of assembly systems and assembly devices Development, validation and optimization of assembly and manufacturing processes Planning and implementation of CS measures in the field of assembly process development Responsibility for process development orders in the group with regard to quality, time and effectiveness Support for Rosenberger manufacturing sites worldwide Cooperation with product management, quality management and design in the development of new products Definition of process engineering requirements for new production facilities and tools and control of cooperation with external plant manufacturers Co-responsibility of the entire production process and process validation in the introduction of new production lines or technologies

Completed (specialized) high school studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, automation technology, manufacturing technology, mechatronics or comparable degree programs or Continuing training on the technician/master with multi-year professional experience Knowledge of construction, control technology and manufacturing processes High self-initiative for fulfilling the respective target task while simultaneously working structured Analytical thinking, hand-on mentality, enforcement strength and pronounced communication skills Good English knowledge of word and writing Ready for business trips
