Team Leader Maintenance (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our approximately 10-member team of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Together with your team, you will ensure the technical availability and operational safety of our production facilities, machines and technical facilities. You continuously develop maintenance processes, maintenance strategies and technical standards and ensure a structured planning and implementation. You analyse technical disturbances and weaknesses, derive appropriate measures and ensure their sustainable implementation. You coordinate maintenance, repairs, reconstructions and technical optimization measures and coordinate them closely with production. You accompany the procurement, installation and commissioning of new machines and plants and bring the requirements of maintenance into technical projects at an early stage. You identify potentials to increase plant availability, efficiency and service life and implement appropriate improvement measures. You work closely with the division and production line, industrial engineering, construction, and external service providers and suppliers. You develop your team professionally and personally and create clear structures, responsibilities and a culture of cooperation. You use your knowledge in the field of PLC controls to analyze and optimize technical processes and support your team in systematic error analysis.

You have successfully completed a technical study, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience. You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience in the industrial maintenance of a manufacturing company. You have leadership experience and are delighted to develop employees and take responsibility. You have a broad technical understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance. You bring good knowledge in the field of PLC controls, ideally Beckhoff. You have experience in the planning and development of maintenance and maintenance processes as well as ideally in technical projects and commissioning of machines and plants. You think entrepreneurial, act independently and want to actively advance the technical development of our production site. You are strong in decision-making, enforceable and strong in communication and can bring together different interests. You are sure to deal with MS Office; Knowledge of SAP or maintenance software is advantageous.
