Hospital Controller (f/m/d)

Under one roof, the MEDICLIN heart centre Lahr combines the clinic for heart, thorax and vascular surgery as well as the clinic for internal medicine and cardiology and the clinic for anesthesiology and intensive medicine. The heart centre opened in 1994 has 75 beds. Around 320 employees are employed here. In addition to the MEDICLIN heart centre Lahr, the MEDICLIN MVZ Lahr/Baden is also part of the MEDICLIN site.

We want to grow further and we are looking for you as Senior Consultant (m/d) in full time (40 hours/week)

Contact person of the facility in relation to business reporting, regular analysis and evaluation of company-relevant key figures Compilation of legally prescribed statistics and data reports (including notification of Statistical Office, InEK reports etc.) Consultation in the planning, management and control of corporate objectives Support and takeover of preparatory tasks in relation to monthly and annual accounts participation in the creation of the economic plan, including forecasts and investment planning, Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, deviation and ad hoc analyses Participation in the preparation and follow-up of pay negotiations Creation and further development of monthly reporting

Complete university degree in economics or comparable university degree Multiannual relevant experience in hospitalization, preferably in a heart centre Enforcement and Conflictability Teamability, ready-to-use, reliability, flexibility and service-oriented work setting
