Software Developer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Qualification and further development of the department in a specialized theme complex
• Ensuring and expanding technical expertise in close coordination with leadership
• Responsibility for all activities within software development and software architecture taking into account quality, costs and dates (QKT)
• Evaluation, delegation and management of work packages within the defined QKT objectives
• Consulting and support for sales, product/project management and internal and external customers
• Reducing complexity through decompositions and developing implementation concepts and software designs
• Combination and structuring of software artifacts based on a superior software architecture
• Application and promotion of agile methods in software development environment

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete university studies in the STEM field or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in software development
• Professional leadership experience of at least 2 years
• Experience in controlling work packages with regard to quality, costs and dates
• Safe handling of agile methods and frameworks
• Team skills, communication strength and structured working
• Flowing German knowledge required
• Good English skills
