To strengthen and expand our team, we are looking for a full-time educator (w) at 01.10.2026 or at the next possible time.

Service hours: Mon. – Fr. at 8:00 – 18:00

In our housing group, women aged between 18 and 65 are living, who are unable to live or no longer live in their own housing due to addiction and mental illnesses such as eating disorders, personality disorders, fears and depression.

Due to the pedagogical concept and the special requirements of the place in the female group, the female sex is indispensable for the occupation of this position.

Your tasks

Begleitung & Support: They support the pedagogue team in our transition facility “Martinstift” in the assistance and support of currently seven women who are sick in search. In doing so, you accompany the women on their way to an independent lifestyle and an independent living and encourage them to make their everyday lives increasingly independent.

Security:A compensation according to the ceremonial collective agreement Diakonie(KTD)(ES 8) incl. a worker-funded, occupational pension, special charges in the form of holiday and Christmas money and 30 days (at a 5-day week) give you the personal security you deserve.

It is possible to cooperate in our stand-by team and will be remunerated separately.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training as a state-recognized educator and ideally bring relevant experience in this field of activity.

**A high level of social competence, empathy and an appreciation of basic attitude shape your pedagogical action.

Competitions:With your good communicative skills and an independent way of working, you perform motivated, targeted and reflect your tasks.

Mobility:In order to be able to operate flexibly outside the transition facility, a class B licence is required.
