Independent management and content management of national and international research projects in the field of energy-efficient buildings focusing on innovative, simple and robust solutions for new construction and renovation Coordination of complex, interdisciplinary research projects with several partner organisations from planning, construction and research, as well as ensuring a structured, time- and targeted project sequence Presentation and publication of research results at national and international project meetings and specialist conferences Development of new project ideas, research questions and the writing of funding applications in cooperation with internal and external partners
Successfully completed (specialist) university studies and qualifications, preferably in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or a related subject Interest in the development and research of quality-secured, resource-saving and economically viable solutions for reduced, robust and manageable building and sanitation Good understanding of constructive relationships and interest in the planning and construction of innovative building concepts At least three years of relevant professional experience in the fields of architecture or civil engineering and project management Experience in acquisition and development of projects of advantage Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and the ability to view complex relationships connected Communication strength, team spirit and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enthusiasm to develop new solutions together with practical partners, to evaluate them critically and to test them under real conditions
