The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

With its cross-functional teams, our digitization and IT department is responsible for the digital development of the overall organisation. The conception and implementation of the IT strategy is just as important as the introduction of innovative solutions, the digital imaging and optimization of processes and the support of our employees and institutions.

In order to strengthen the Digitization and IT department in the Munich office, we are looking for

in fixed-term employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.)

Processing of the digital billing workflow for the department via a database platform Interface to the accounting, controlling of the office and the institutions Support for the IT service (including execution of orders) Asset Desk Coordination (e.g. inventory of devices and maintenance of all data, communication with hardware suppliers) Mobile telephony contract processing (including application and activation of eSIMs and hard SIMs as well as maintenance of all mobile phone numbers) Ensuring a smooth flow of information and workflow Contact person*in for central IT service matters

Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, preferably in the financial sector Multi-annual professional experience Safe handling of database platforms and numerical affinity Teamability and communication strength as well as an analytical, structured and process-oriented operation Self-responsible, service-oriented working style and high reliability
