Tender/tender manager (m/f/d)

Identification and assessment of public and private tenders on relevant procurement platforms and ensuring internal communication Coordination of the entire tender process and ensuring the timely processing of all tenders Close cooperation with sales, product management, development, purchasing, quality assurance, production and logistics Correct production of tender documents in business, product-specific and regulatory terms Analysis of tender documents, performance directories and technical specifications with regard to technical requirements, cost-effectiveness, risks and chances of success Coordination of the provision of product information, technical data sheets, certificates and, where appropriate, sample and test shoes Calculation of offers, development of competitive pricing structures and ensuring a transparent presentation of costs Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, certifications and customer specifications Professional communication with award agencies, contracting authorities, purchasing departments and other decision-makers Active follow-up of ongoing tenders, analysis of procurement decisions and derivation of optimization measures for future tenders Maintenance and management of procurement platforms and related documentation and master data Compilation of evaluations, reports and decision templates for sales, management and management

Completed commercial training or comparable study Multiannual experience in tender, tender or award management Experience in the industrial environment, preferably in the footwear, textile, PPE or consumer goods industry, is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office and digital platforms Independent mode of operation and communication strength Embossed organizational skills as well as high schedule Joy in cooperation with different departments and clients in the national and international environment Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
