Responsibility for the design, implementation and further development of content and social media strategies across all channels (website, newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) Creation, maintenance and optimization of texts, blog posts, articles, images and videos – including SEO-optimized content for lead generation and website performance Analysis of ranges, performance and user behavior and derivation of optimization measures based on relevant KPIs Planning and implementation of email marketing measures, work with CRM tools and ensuring a consistent brand and communication line Conducting trend, competition and target audience research and active introduction of own ideas for new campaigns and formats Organisation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external events Creating press releases, building and maintaining media contacts and supporting cooperations

Complete studies in marketing, communication, media or a comparable degree programme Multiannual experience in content and social media management, digital communication, PR and marketing measures Passion for digital marketing, social media and modern corporate communication Embossed feel for content, language, target groups, trends and sales-promoting communication Safe handling of social media platforms, CRM and online marketing tools as well as knowledge in SEO and website optimization Data affinity: Analysis of KPIs and derivation of performance support measures Structured, independent working, creativity and joy in taking responsibility Very good German and good English skills
