Head of Department Internal Logistics and Shipping (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for goods receipt, warehouse, material management, internal logistics, marketplace supply and shipping as well as ensuring a smooth flow of material and goods along the entire internal supply chain Control and optimisation of logistics processes in terms of quality, cost and efficiency, responsibility for key figures, reporting and operational achievement, including ensuring delivery, accuracy and process security Analysis of existing processes, identification and implementation of optimization and automation potentials as well as building, establishing and continuous improvement of logistics processes and standards Introduction of sustainable lean and KPI-oriented practices Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the logistics sector as well as promotion, development and coaching of teams and executives

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of logistics, supply chain management, business management or comparable qualification as well as multiannual experience in a leading function within logistics Funded knowledge in warehouse logistics, material management and shipping processes, experience in the optimization and standardization of logistical processes as well as safe handling of ERP and warehouse management systems and relevant KPIs Impressed leadership and communication strength, analytical and structured working with high implementation competence and hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially in the EWM module, are advantageous Ability to guide, coach and develop teams to realize continuous performance improvements
