Senior Data Consultant (m/f/d)

You advise our customers: holistically on their data strategy – from the analysis of existing data sources and systems to the implementation of concrete measures You define KPIs and objectives and build resilient reporting and KPI frameworks for customers: internal control on You select suitable tools and implement them – including Google Analytics 4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, Customer Data Platforms and BI platforms You design and care tracking setups (day management, event and conversion tracking) and ensure reliable data flows between CMS, CRM and analytic tools You shape dashboards and data visualizations that convince in management and pitch presentations You bring your consulting expertise into CMS/DXP selection processes and evaluate data flows as well as data perspectives

You have several years of experience in data and Analytics consultation, ideally in the marketing or digital context, and move safely to senior levels Tools such as Google Analytics 4, Matomo or Adobe Analytics are everyday business for you and not a new country You don't just think in reports, you understand what customers really need – and you can convince them. CDPs as well as CMS/DXP systems (e.g. Storyblok, Contentful, Payload) and their interaction with CRM and Analytics are familiar to you You want to integrate AI-assisted tools into your work, instead of treating them as a buzzword You can both strategically advise and get yourself into action
