Administrator with a focus on auditing (m/w/d)

The Hessen Regional Medical Chamber is looking for one or one at the next time for the Department of Medical Specialists Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours/week) As a public body, the Hessen Regional Medical Chamber represents the interests of over 41,000 doctors in Hesse and ensures high-quality medical care for the population.

Responsible planning and coordination of written and practical examinations for medical specialists. Management of cooperation with external expert bodies, vocational schools, examination committees and internal interfaces. Implementation and further development of the digital testing processes and quality assurance of the results. Advising trainees, trainers, examiners and contact persons for the Hessian vocational schools and external experts. Creation of tasks in cooperation with specialised bodies. Supporting the information platform for chamber staff, examiners and vocational schools. Representation of the department in professional circles. Organisation, moderation and accompaniment of meetings of the audit committees, including appointment and support of members. Creation and evaluation of audit statistics as the basis for strategic decisions of the department management.

Complete training (e.g. businessmen for office management, health care, medical specialists, administrative specialists) or comparable qualification with multi-year professional experience. Experiences in the technical guidance or coordination of teams are advantageous. Immigrant German knowledge in word and writing. Ideally, you are already familiar with medical terms and expressions. Very good EDV user confession, safe handling of MS Office applications and high affinity for digital processes and their implementation. Ideally, experience with digital tools that are applied in the course of the exam, such as document detection and scanning software. Good organizational talent, communication and enforcement capability, combined with service orientation and team spirit. Reliability in time-related tasks.

Ready to work at the locations of the Landesärztekammer in Frankfurt and Bad Nauheim. A class B driver's license is advantageous.
