Our client is a company based in the bicycle industry in southern Germany for which we are looking for a Lead Manager Cycling (m/w/d) at the closest possible time, which is intended to drive and implement the expansion of the entire bicycle ecosystem in the company via all departments. In this leadership role, you laterally guide cross-functional teams in multi-project management and bring your bike expertise and enthusiasm into the design of the higher-level strategy. You are responsible for the development of the bicycle ecosystem in the company under a superordinate strategic orientation For this, you are active in multi-project management and control the integration into all business areas You perform cross-functional project teams of different sizes and ensure implementation in the planned time and budget frames You also support the development and concretisation of the overarching strategy You act as an interface to different business areas and are responsible for steakholder management

You have successfully completed a study or training with a commercial or technical focus You have several years of professional experience and well-founded bicycle expertise with deep knowledge in the bicycle industry, the market and competition as well as the customer side Experience in project management and lateral leadership, with existing disciplinary leadership expertise on senior or executive levels You are a high-communication, empathic team player with enforcement capability You have diplomatic skills, keep the Big Picture in mind and bring good German & English knowledge with
