Master Hearing Aid Acoustician - Hearing Aids / Customer Service (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact for our customers: you will find the optimal listening solution through an empathic demand analysis to significantly improve their quality of life. You are responsible for the entire adaptation process: from precise audiometric measurement to individual fine adjustment of state-of-the-art hearing systems. You will ensure long-term hearing success by accompanying your customers in the aftercare process, carrying out technical checks and taking smaller repairs independently. As a lecturer, you actively pass on your expertise to the team, take over a mentor role and thus shape the professional quality on site.

Your basis is a completed exam as a lecturer master (m/w/d) and thus brings at least 3 years of professional experience in the consulting and adaptation of hearing systems. Dealing with the most modern hearing technology is of course for you and you enjoy finding the best solution for every person. As a dedicated and reliable personality, it is fun to share your expertise in the team and to encourage colleagues. You communicate safely and empathically in German (C1 level) to build a trusting customer relationship.
