Creation of monthly pay bills Processing and maintenance of personal files and personal master files Support and maintenance of the time management system Reporting and certification Correspondence with sickness funds, social security institutions and authorities Accounting and management of contracts for occupational pension provision Internal contact for all billing, wage tax and social insurance issues Travel cost accounting General administrative tasks

A completed commercial training with further training in the personnel sector, e.g. as an industrial merchant/wife, merchant/wife for office management or tax specialist/tax specialist. Professional experience in pay billing, wage processing and personnel department Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Knowledge of DATEV Routine with Microsoft Office With a good understanding, a structured and discreet way of working, a high degree of self-organization and desire for teamwork, you are perfectly suited to us.
