IT Application Manager Document and Information Management (m/f/d)

Professional consultancy in enterprise information management (nScale, SAP) and support in functional developments, best practice and standard implementations Assessment and monitoring of changes in the system environment including risk analysis and derivation of recommendations for action Coordination of requirements management, process design and system implementation as well as control of external service providers Own-sponsible planning, implementation and control of IT projects in Enterprise Information Management, from request analysis to implementation of document management solutions Analysis and processing of complex technical and technical enquiries in second level support

Complete studies in the field of business information technology or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in document management, ideally with nScale or SAP Records Management Practical experience in IT project implementation and second level support including IT concept creation and quality assurance High consulting expertise in support and further development of DMS systems, preferably nScale, as well as knowledge in SAP Records Management (e.g. XFT Suite) Excellent analytical thinking, structured working, team skills, excellent knowledge of German and good English as well as readiness to travel for corporate projects
