First contact for customers in the after sales area especially for technical questions Technical preparation of service technician assignments in the area of responsibility in close coordination with the service coordinator, if necessary Disposition of service inserts Further development of the service technicians together with the service manager First contact for technical tasks and problems, also at construction sites and on site with the customer Responsible for the creation of the offers and the preparation and planning by order division incl. the clarification of detailed questions on the site Responsible for the implementation and transfer of works and projects to the client Check the service reports and their release Processing of deficiencies Support for warranty processing and transport damage
