The Human Resources department at the Lünen site provides a significant contribution to the achievement of the business objectives and offers a diverse range of tasks, ranging from recruiting to pay billing to further development of employees and the introduction of new digital HR systems. Through close cooperation with all departments, we always have an insight into the most diverse processes and support the departments in implementing their goals. You are a registered student, preferably in the field of (economic)psychology, pedagogy, BWL or a related subject. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in personnel development. You have very good user knowledge in Microsoft Office. Your knowledge of German and English is very good in word and writing. You combine curiosity and self-interest with a structured and independent way of working. You have a quick understanding, a strong communication talent and very good organizational skills.
