Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The body is first fixed for 1 year and must be filled in full time.

The KI-Servicezentrum Berlin-Brandenburg at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut provides powerful AI infrastructures and services to enable the economy (especially small and medium-sized enterprises), administration, civil society and science to use modern AI technologies with data sovereignty. In addition to technical support, we offer educational opportunities, workshops and prototyping opportunities to spread AI know-how in practice. In the new BMFTR-funded joint project NEXKI we build a network of decentralised AI service bridges together with partner organisations in the northeast of Germany.

Development and maintenance of a comprehensive strategy of a new transfer programme Acquisition of partner organisations and positioning of the program against other offers of the AI service centre and the HPI Conception, preparation and implementation of workshop modules for the development of viable AI business models Assessment of the economic viability of identified applications and accompanying their organisational embedding Evaluation of participants:internal feedback on the further development of individual business models and the programme

Experience in business model development in the AI context Ability to identify and evaluate use cases Affinity for technical developments, digital trends and artificial intelligence knowledge of the transfer of prototypes/use cases in sustainable offers and their scaling to other partner organisations Communication capability at the interface between technology and management Didactic Competence for Transforming Business Model Methods in Workshop and Presence Formats Higher education in an area relevant to activity (e.g. economic, social, communication or legal) or comparable qualification Independent, structured working with high self-responsibility Communication strength and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English
