Work educator (m/w/d) WfbM transfer group

For our workshop for people with disabilities in Gomaringen, we are looking for two workmates (m/w/d) for a working group and our transfer group with a range of activities of 100% indefinite. With your work support, you support people with mental impairment in daily work design and, if necessary, in basic care measures. Together with your working group, you process orders from the industry and ensure the timely processing within the meaning of ISO 9001:2015. They contribute to enabling these persons to participate in working life and implement the defined objectives of the agreed overall plan. In the transfer group, you support people who have a changed and increased need for help in the gradual introduction to the activities of a workshop. They contribute to enabling these persons to participate in working life and implement the objectives of the overall plan procedure. They accompany the transition from clients from the conveyor area to the workshop or prepare the field for a change from the workshop to a conveyor group.

Support and promotion of people with physical and mental disabilities Coordination of workflows and processing of customer orders With the help of the design and development of the WfbM Gomaringen Implementation and documentation of the objectives agreed in the overall plan Creation of participation reports within the framework of the BTHG Maintenance and cooperation of the quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001:2015
