Your menu

• Responsibility for goods and equipment for events and catering, ordering in the goods management system in compliance with recipes and consideration of economic aspects
• Ensuring a smooth running throughout the kitchen area/counter incl. Staff classification and instructions at the counter for events
• Hand-in-Hand Cooperation and coordination with event management and service team
• Ensure the desired food quality as well as attractive presentation and precise finishing of dishes
• Continuous control of foods for quality and freshness as well as testing professional storage and further processing to comply with HACCP standards
• Regular control of equipment and equipment for their operability and compliance and monitoring of all safety and hygiene regulations

Your ingredients

• Successfully completed training for the cook (m/w/d) and ideally further training for the kitchen master (m/w/d)
