We are part of the leading group of German furniture acquisition cooperations. Our group of companies includes well-known brands such as sample house kitchens and REDDY kitchens, specialized services for marketing, information technology, business management and finance as well as craft businesses. To strengthen our MHK Group IT at the site in Dreieich, we are looking for one or more Software Development (m/w/d) unlimited, full-time (40 hours/week)

Guided tour & organization

• professional and disciplinary leadership of a currently five-member team in Application Management & Software Development
• Responsibility for capacity, resources and deployment planning
• further development of the team structure as well as the promotion of a structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
• Ensuring team-wide cooperation within the MHK Group IT (including Infrastructure Services, Servicedesk, Cloud & Enterprise Architecture)
• Report line directly to the CIO Application Management & Operation
• Total responsibility for the application management of central corporate applications
• Ensuring uniform documentation and compliance with quality standards
• responsible management of ITIL-based incident, problem and change management
• Monitoring and optimization of SLA performance Technical Responsibility
• Coordination of SAP application management including coordination with application owners and external service providers
• Controlling developments in SAP, low code/no code and classic full stack technologies (operative by the team)
• Ensure efficient operational and architectural models for applications
• Close cooperation with the cloud architecture to Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure Projects & Development
• Management or cooperation in IT projects
• Development of the application and operating processes
• Participation in strategic IT topics, in particular modernisation of the application landscape

completed study of computer science or comparable qualification multi-year leadership experience in application management and/or software development sound understanding of SAP system landscapes very good know-how in IT-Service-Management (ITIL) and in operating and application models Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure Cloud Experience in the classic and agile project and development environment detectable experience in the optimization of IT management processes structured and analytical methods high communication capability and responsibility Own initiative and strong solution orientation strong service orientation and team skills
