You are responsible for the professional preparation of medical devices in compliance with all legal standards You guide, motivate and develop your team (sterilisation assistants, professionals) and create the service and holiday planning Continuous monitoring and optimization of treatment processes and ensuring the validation of cleaning and sterilization devices You are the central contact person for the surgery, the hygiene department and external service providers Monitoring the budget, material ordering and optimization of instrument circuits

You have the course III (FK III) or the management course for conducting an AEMP/ZSVA according to the guidelines of DGSV® e.V. Multiannual professional experience in an AEMP/ ZSVA, ideally already in a leadership position in addition to technical qualification, a pronounced social competence and collegiateity Interest in 'life-long learning' and the will to change something Willingness to cooperate constructively with other professional groups a high degree of independence and flexibility
